Reasons to Learn from Our School / Characteristics of Studying in Indian Yoga

100% guaranteed qualification!!
We offer 200-300-500 hours yoga teacher training courses certified by the Yoga Alliance International. After completing the Yoga TTC course at school, you can register as a certified teacher and work globally anywhere.
We have Japanese classes for Japanese people, but there are students from all over the world who participate in English classes. Practicing yoga with people from that world will be an unforgettable experience.
Hatha Yoga TTC balances the body and mind by learning about mind-body coordination, purification, and energy circulation. Hatha yoga is based on the basic principles of yoga and represents the duality of human beings with the right nostril or sun "ha" and the left nostril or moon "ta". By adjusting the conflicting energies from the inside through asanas and breathing techniques, you can feel the integration with yourself and the universe. By fusing the opposite energies of the sun and the moon, we awaken a higher consciousness.
Hatha yoga is the mother of all yoga styles and is an important foundation for yoga such as asanas, pranayama and kryah, and aids in more advanced practices such as darana and diyana.
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a very active and dynamic yoga created by Patavijoyis. In this yoga, you will learn how to breathe, move and gaze to strengthen and purify your body in preparation for meditation and other advanced yoga. When practiced correctly, it requires a high degree of concentration and produces energy for purification from the inside. It creates a strong and supple body and purifies the mind. Repeating Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga practice is a great preparation for meditation. This allows you to focus on your breathing and mind and build a connection with your own body.
We were teaching Rishikesh yoga teachers, including Japanese. All classes are conducted in Japanese.
