In the Vedic method, the notes of the bowls used for the chakras are different, while in the Tibetan method, the notes of the bowls are different. To determine which note will have the most impact on a particular chakra, only an experienced practitioner can guide you, and then it can be understood through personal experience. Alternatively, by using one specific note with a certain intensity and duration, we can apply it to any chakra. To figure out which method is more effective, deep practice is necessary. It\u2019s also possible that Vedic Sound Healing works better for some people, while Tibetan Sound Healing might resonate more with others.
